Financial Policy

The fee for endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment.

If you have dental insurance, we will be glad to file it for you. We have found that insurance plans pay approximately 50%-60% of the fee, depending upon your coverage. For this reason, it is necessary to pay 40%-50% of the fee at the time treatment is rendered. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. At this time we are not contracted with any dental insurance companies. We will file your claim, but we cannot be involved in disputes relating to your payments of benefits. out are responsible for payment in full regardless of any insurance company’s arbitrary determination of usual and customer rates. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If your insurance carrier is Delta Dental Insurance or GEHA, payment for treatment fees in full is requested at the start of treatment, as these insurance carriers send payment directly to the patient/insured instead of the provider for dental services performed in our office. However, we will file your claim for you.

For payment we accept Visa/Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check or cash. We offer pre-approved extended billing through Care Credit and Sun bit. The terms and conditions are set by Care Credit and Sun bit, and are subject to their approval. Please ask if one of these plans could benefit you. We offer a 5% discount to all active or retired military members with no dental insurance. We also offer a 5% discount to all uninsured patients paying for their treatment by cash.

It is important for you to understand that our fees are charged to you and not your dental insurance carrier. We will always be happy to file all insurance and accept assignment of benefits when possible.
