We will file your claims as a courtesy as long as we have your most current insurance information. We will work to maximize your reimbursement. We have found that insurance plans pay approximately 50%-60% of the fee, depending upon your coverage. For this reason, it is necessary to pay 40%-50% of the fee at the time treatment is rendered. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, and we cannot be involved in disputes relating to your payments of benefits. You are responsible for payment in full regardless of any insurance company’s arbitrary determination of usual and customer rates. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
If your insurance carrier is Delta Dental Insurance or GEHA, payment for treatment fees in full is requested at the start of treatment, as these insurance carriers send payment directly to the patient/insured instead of the provider for dental services performed in our office. However, we will assist you in filing your claim.
We offer various financial arrangements for your convenience. Including,
- Payments made in full by cash or check will receive a 5% courtesy adjustment.
- We offer a 5% discount to all active or retired military members with no dental insurance.
- Payments in full can also be made using Visa/Mastercard, Discover, and American Express,
